For over 16 years City Hall Restaurant was a neighborhood staple, great for both the everyday and for the special occasion. Since it's closure at the end of 2015 Chef/Owner Henry Meer and Director of Operations Richard F. Hanano have put their energy and knowledge in to a new neighborhood institution, Pure Liquid Wine & Spirits, focused on providing the best in wine and spirits with the service that City Hall was known for. Like City Hall, Pure Liquid Wine & Spirits is both for the everyday and for the special occasion. We not only have great bottles of value-driven wine for great prices (over 40 wines under $20), but we also carry rare and vintage wines and spirits to impress your boss (or in-laws). Need gifts? We've got you covered, in both small and large quantities. Need recommendations? Come in and speak to our wine-savvy staff! Combined we have over 40 years of wine and food experience to share. Let's talk pairings! And if you need something we don't carry, let us track it down for you. We can even deliver it to you when it arrives! We offer free local delivery on any order over $50 to anywhere beneath Chambers street, river to river.

We are conveniently located in the heart of the neighborhood, in the South Concourse of the Westfield World Trade Center.

• Take the escalator down one level
• Walk straight to Pure Liquid
• We are located directly in front of you

From the West (Battery Park City & World Financial Center):
• Take the Brookfield escalator down toward the Oculus
• Walk the underground corridor to the center of the Oculus
• Take the escalator to your right up one level
• Walk straight to the Swatch Store and make the left
• We are located at the end of the corridor

From the PATH Train:
• Walk to the center of the Oculus
• Take the escalator to your right up one level
